Shipping Policy
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live.

• All orders are sent to dispatch immediately after the order is placed. We cannot cancel and adjust orders after they are placed. C.U.T.E. Ink items are custom-made.
• Normal processing/shipping time is 7-14 business days.
• Currently, all orders are shipped via USPS.
• C.U.T.E. Ink is not responsible for orders lost, damaged or misplaced by USPS.
• Pre-Orders will be processed within 10-15 business days. Please plan accordingly.
• If you are using PayPal, please ensure the shipping address is correct prior to selecting “checkout”.
• Once your order has shipped, please refer to the tracking number provided by USPS and contact them directly for updates. This can be done via USPS.com.

Sizing

• Currently, we offer unisex tees only. Unisex tees run LARGER than regular tee shirts. The hoodies/sweatshirts are unisex as well which means they also run larger.
• Please read the product description and size chart for each PRIOR to making your purchase. If you need additional help with your order please contact us at info@cuteinkllc.com.
• ALL figures and sizes are different. Therefore, sizes are NOT guaranteed.

Shipping costs will not be refunded.

• Customers are responsible for all returned shipping charges (outgoing & incoming). If an exchange is granted by customer service, additional shipping charges do apply.
• If the exchange includes a new item at an additional cost an invoice will be sent for the difference in cost.
• Once items are received by our fulfillment center, please allow 5-10 days for processing.
• Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed.
