Returns/Exchanges
We want you to love your C.U.T.E. Ink items as much as we do! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of receiving it for an exchange or credit.
- Refunds are only given IF the wrong item was shipped.
- All masks are FINAL SALE. No returns/refunds/exchanges.
To exchange an item, customers must contact our support team at info@cuteinkllc.com for return instructions. Please DO NOT return any items without contacting the support team first.
Items must be in a saleable condition (no deodorant stains from trying on items).
Shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Customers are responsible for all returned shipping charges (outgoing & incoming). If an exchange is granted by customer service, additional shipping charges do apply.
- If the exchange includes a new item at an additional cost an invoice will be sent for the difference in cost.
- Once items are received by our fulfillment center, please allow 5-10 days for processing.
- Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed.
